What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your InkDex account and all data associated with it: your profile, your owned/wishlist collection, and any catalog requests, corrections, and request photos you submitted. This cannot be undone.

Your subscription is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your InkDex data does not cancel your subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request as required for security and legal compliance.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open InkDex and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and data are removed right away.

Option 2 — Request deletion here (no app needed)

If you can't use the app, submit a request below with the email address on your InkDex account. We will verify the request by email and delete your data. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
