InkDex is an independent catalog and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stampin' Up!®

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the InkDex mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by Heavin Astern LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

InkDex is an independent, pre-built catalog of Stampin' Up!® stamp and die sets with content-level search. You can search the catalog and track which sets you own or want. InkDex does not sell physical products and is not a store.

3. Independence & trademarks

"Stampin' Up!" and related product names are trademarks of their respective owner. InkDex is an independent reference tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Stampin' Up!® All catalog information is provided for identification and reference.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions, trial, and billing

• InkDex requires a subscription to use its features. A free trial and all billing are handled by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), not by us.
• Prices, trial length, and eligibility are shown by the store at the time of purchase and are billed to your store account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before the renewal date. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
• Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the store.
• After a trial or subscription ends, paid features are locked; your saved data remains available to you and can be deleted at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to bypass the subscription or access controls; scrape, copy, or redistribute the catalog in bulk; submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content in requests or corrections; or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

7. User submissions

When you submit a catalog request, correction, or photo, you grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the catalog. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. We may review, decline, or remove submissions.

8. Intellectual property

The InkDex app, website, design, and original catalog compilation are owned by Heavin Astern LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our branding or to redistribute the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Catalog data is compiled on a best-effort basis and may contain errors or omissions; it is for reference only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavin Astern LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Heavin Astern LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be noticed in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
